Welcome to PryFox AI. This manual will help you get started quickly and make the most of the platform.

Quick Start ​

1. Register and Log In ​

Visit pryfox.ai and register with your email, Google, or GitHub account.

2. Create Your First Project ​

After logging in, click "New Project" and enter the project name and description. Each project is an independent AI workspace.

3. Hire Your First AI Employee ​

  1. Enter the project and click "Add Employee"
  2. Configure the persona, select a model, attach skills, and enable the agent role
  3. Save and start the conversation

4. Connect Knowledge Base ​

  1. Go to the "Knowledge Base" page
  2. Click "Add Knowledge Source"
  3. Select the type: Upload document / Webpage / Database
  4. Complete authorization or upload, and wait for indexing to finish

5. Create Scheduled Tasks ​

  1. Go to the "Tasks" page
  2. Click "New Scheduled Task"
  3. Describe the task in natural language: "Generate yesterday's data report every morning at 9 AM"
  4. Select the executing employee and save

Core Concepts ​

Project ​

A project is your AI workspace. Agents, knowledge bases, budgets, and data are completely isolated between different projects.

Workspace ​

A workspace is a task collaboration space within a project. Tasks in the same workspace share the agent's memory and context, making it ideal for ongoing collaboration on the same topic. All project members can view and participate in tasks within a workspace.

  • Shared context: Tasks in the same workspace reuse the same AI instance, keeping the conversation coherent
  • Persistent: Workspaces remain after all tasks finish, ready to continue anytime
  • Visible to all: Project members can view and intervene in tasks within a workspace
  • Flexible management: Create multiple workspaces (e.g., by business line or topic), and rename or archive them

Employee (Agent) ​

An employee is your AI agent. Each employee has:

  • Persona: Role positioning, tone, and behavioral guidelines
  • Model: Choose from different LLM providers and models
  • Skills: Ready-to-use business capabilities
  • Knowledge Base: Accessible enterprise knowledge scope

Skill ​

A skill is a specific business capability that an employee can perform. The platform has 500+ built-in skills, covering:

  • Content creation (copywriting, design, video scripts)
  • Data analysis (reports, cleaning, visualization)
  • Office automation (email, PPT, Excel)
  • R&D (code review, testing, documentation)
  • E-commerce operations (listing, customer service, inventory)

Collaboration Group (Work Group) ​

Multiple employees can collaborate in the same group. You send one command, and the employees in the group will automatically divide the work, execute tasks, and hand over results.

Billing ​

Billing model ​

PryFox has no fixed monthly fee and never charges for idle seats. You only pay for the resources your agents actually consume — transparent and pay-as-you-go.

Model (API) pricing ​

  • Based on the official model pricing; for vendors with peak/off-peak pricing, the peak price is used as the billing baseline.
  • Billed by actual token consumption, with input and output tokens priced separately.
  • A platform service fee is added on top of the official price: 25% on input and 30% on output.

Final cost = input tokens × official input price × 1.25 + output tokens × official output price × 1.30

Price synchronization ​

Model prices stay synchronized with official prices, with a synchronization cycle of no more than 7 business days.

Custom models (bring-your-own key) ​

When using a custom model (your own API key), the token cost is paid by you directly to the model provider. The platform only charges a $0.01 platform service fee per call.

Tool calls ​

When an agent runs tools (code execution, file processing, knowledge base retrieval, etc.), a $0.002 platform service fee is charged per execution.

Viewing consumption ​

Go to "Project Settings → Spending Analysis" to view token usage and cost breakdowns by day / week / month.

FAQ ​

Q: How many employees can I create in one project? ​

A: Free tier: up to 3; Pro tier: up to 20; Enterprise tier: unlimited.

Q: What formats does the knowledge base support? ​

A: PDF, Word, TXT, Markdown, as well as web pages and databases.

Q: Is data between employees isolated? ​

A: Employees within the same project can share knowledge bases and collaborate; data between different projects is completely isolated.

Q: How do I monitor task execution? ​

A: On the "Tasks" page, you can view the status, execution logs, and output of all tasks.
