Welcome to PryFox AI (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Before using the Platform services, please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms ​

Accessing or using the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description ​

PryFox AI is an enterprise-grade multi-agent collaboration platform providing the following services:

  • AI agent creation and management
  • Multi-agent collaboration and task scheduling
  • Enterprise knowledge base access and management
  • Skill ecosystem and automated workflows
  • Related APIs and developer tools

3. Account Registration ​

  1. You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password
  3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  4. Account transfer, lending, or sharing is prohibited

4. Usage Rules ​

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Platform for illegal activities
  • Sending spam or malicious content
  • Attacking or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform
  • Unauthorized access to others' data
  • Reverse engineering or cracking Platform technology

Content Compliance

  • You must have legal rights to the content you upload
  • You may not upload confidential, infringing, or illegal content
  • The Platform reserves the right to remove违规 content and suspend services

5. Intellectual Property ​

  1. All Platform technology, code, and interface designs are owned by PryFox AI
  2. You retain intellectual property rights to the content you upload
  3. You grant us the necessary license to provide the services

6. Service Fees ​

  1. No fixed monthly fee — you never pay for idle seats. Billing is based solely on the resources your agents actually consume, with transparent usage and pay-as-you-go recharge.
  2. Model (API) pricing is based on the official model pricing; for vendors with peak/off-peak pricing, the peak price is used as the billing baseline. Billing is based on actual token consumption, plus a platform service fee on top of the official price: 25% on input and 30% on output.
  3. Model prices stay synchronized with official prices, with a synchronization cycle of no more than 7 business days.
  4. Custom models (bring-your-own model) are charged a $0.01 platform service fee per call; tool calls are charged a $0.002 platform service fee per execution.
  5. When your balance is insufficient, agents pause and automatically resume after recharge; recharge amounts are unlimited.
  6. Fee adjustments will be notified 30 days in advance.

7. Data Security ​

  1. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect data
  2. Key data is encrypted in storage and transmission
  3. Regular backups to prevent data loss
  4. Enterprise tier supports private deployment with full data autonomy

8. Limitation of Liability ​

  1. The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of complete fault-free operation
  2. We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure
  3. Indirect losses and lost profits are not covered
  4. Liability is capped at the service fees of the most recent 12 months

9. Changes to Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform announcement.

10. Termination ​

  1. You may stop using and delete your account at any time
  2. We reserve the right to terminate service for serious violations
  3. Data is retained for 30 days after termination, then deleted

11. Governing Law ​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction over PryFox AI's domicile.
