Open Positions ​

Full Stack Engineer ​

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize core service architecture
  • Build high-concurrency agent scheduling and messaging systems
  • Design and implement scalable plugin / skill frameworks
  • Drive frontend architecture evolution and performance optimization
  • Build complex interactive data visualization and real-time collaboration interfaces
  • Promote frontend engineering and component system development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript / Rust
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues
  • Solid experience with SolidJS / React / Vue and large SaaS product development
  • Experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture
  • Passionate about AI; prior experience in LLM application development is a plus

AI Engineer ​

Responsibilities

  • Develop LLM applications and design Agent frameworks, build core capabilities such as RAG and tool calling
  • Responsible for large language model algorithm optimization and agent reasoning engine design
  • Build efficient agent decision-making and planning algorithms
  • Participate in底层 model performance tuning and quantization deployment

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
  • Familiar with Transformer, GPT, LLaMA architectures; actual training or fine-tuning experience
  • Passionate about AI with deep understanding and strong interest in Agent technology
  • Proficient in PyTorch / TensorFlow with solid algorithm fundamentals
  • Prior experience in LLM application development or Agent framework projects is a plus

Agent Architecture Engineer ​

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall architecture design of multi-agent systems (MAS)
  • Design inter-agent communication protocols, state synchronization, and scheduling strategies
  • Deeply understand and optimize底层 mechanisms of agent collaboration frameworks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of system architecture or底层 development experience
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architecture, familiar with ReAct, CoT, ToT paradigms
  • Passionate about AI, keeping up with cutting-edge Multi-Agent research
  • Experience with distributed systems, message middleware, or game AI development preferred

AI Product Manager ​

Responsibilities

  • Own product planning and iteration for the Agent platform
  • Deeply understand enterprise customer needs, design differentiated features
  • Drive product from 0 to 1 to scale

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS product experience
  • Deep understanding of LLM and Agent technology
  • Technical background or developer tool product experience preferred

Customer Success Manager ​

Responsibilities

  • Onboard enterprise customers and provide ongoing service
  • Uncover customer use cases, drive product value realization
  • Collect feedback to drive product optimization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise software customer success experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AI products or services preferred
